By using the Tutorrutia website and enrolling in our tutoring services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Tutorrutia provides educational support, instruction, and academic guidance. While we strive to provide the highest quality tutoring and help every student reach their potential, we do not and cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes, test scores, or grades. The student's academic success depends on numerous factors, including their own effort, attendance, and study habits.
Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session cost. Please contact us directly for any emergency scheduling changes.
Any study materials, worksheets, or proprietary educational content provided by Tutorrutia remain our intellectual property and are for the personal educational use of the enrolled student only. They may not be distributed or reproduced for commercial purposes.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts within Oregon.
